Biographical Summary

Theodore H. Sprink is Senior Vice President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., currently Fortune 500 #231, and National Marketing Director of Fidelity’s UCC Insurance & Risk Management Division.

One of the original strategist for developing the UCC insurance value proposition for the Mezzanine, Risk Management, Asset Based Lending and Asset Backed Securitization market segments, Sprink directed the introduction of the concept to the national commercial finance markets and legal communities, a product line in which orders have exceeded $275 Billion in less than 5 years.

Mr. Sprink returned to the FNF family in early 2002, having previously served in a senior management capacity as Director of Strategic Alliances. Most recently he served as President of a major commercial division for the First American Corporation, one of the nation’s leading real estate service providers.

He has extensive experience in public speaking, advertising, promotion, multiple channel marketing, multiple product branding, joint ventures, client partnerships, product development, national sales management, public relations, project management, strategic planning, budgeting and organizational structuring in diverse industry settings.

His experience includes a number of years at California based HomeFed Bank, where he served initially as Senior Vice President and later as Chief Executive Officer of HomeFed Corp, the parent company.

He gained credit experience working as an analyst for the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, as a senior bank officer for Torrey Pines Bank and as a senior executive for the non-profit National Association of Credit Management. He also spent two seasons as the Director of Executive Sales & Marketing for the NFL’s San Diego Chargers Football Club.

Mr. Sprink has been an active participant as an Advisory Board Member of the Education Foundation of the Commercial Finance Association, and has been affiliated with the American Bankers Association, the American Marketing Association, the Risk Management Association and the American Securitization Forum.

He was also a founding board member of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, a work-study group comprised of bankers and lawyers. A graduate of San Diego State University, Mr. Sprink earned a degree in business management. He resides in San Elijo Hills, California.
