Theodore H. Sprink, Senior Vice President of Fidelity National Financial's UCC Insurance Division was elected to the Education Foundation of the Commercial Finance Association at the mid-year meeting that took place in Miami on March 16, 2004.

The Commercial Finance Association is the nations leading trade organization for the commercial finance industry. The education foundation is comprised of many of the nations leading bankers, lawyers, insurance executives and other professionals associated with secured lending.

Sprink is the Director of Sales and Marketing for the UCC Insurance Division of the Fidelity National Financial (FNF) family of companies. Underwritten by Alamo Title, Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title, Security Union and Ticor Title, UCC insurance provides commercial lenders with lien attachment, perfection and priority insurance for financing transactions secured by non-real estate assets.

Mr. Sprink returned to the FNF family in early 2002, having previously served in a senior management capacity from 1996 – 1998. Most recently he served as the Director of the UCC Insurance Division for the First American Corporation, managing the successful introduction of UCC insurance nationally.

He has extensive experience in real estate and commercial banking, as well as the credit industry. His experience includes a number of years at California based HomeFed Bank, where he served initially as senior vice president and later as chief executive officer for two wholly owned real estate development subsidiaries. He gained credit experience working for the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Torrey Pines Bank and the National Association of Credit Management.

Mr. Sprink has been an active participant in the Commercial Finance Association, the American Bankers Association and the American Marketing Association. He was also a founding board member of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, a work-study group comprised of bankers and lawyers. A graduate of San Diego State University, Mr. Sprink earned a degree in business management. He resides in San Elijo Hills, California with his wife, Joy and their two children.

One of the original key strategist for developing the UCC insurance value proposition, Sprink directed the introduction of the concept to the national commercial finance markets and legal communities, a product line in which orders have exceeded $45 Billion in less than four years.
