The "UCCPlus Electronic Rate Calculator" can be utilized to rapidly determine the premium associated
with insuring a lender's security interest in Article 9 Collateral. If the transaction involves real property
as well as personal property collateral with policies being issued simultaneously, your "Qualifying Transaction
Premium" will be automatically calculated to reflect a mixed-collateral premium which is discounted to 90% of
the Basic Filed Rate.
