Banking Professional Randall C. Abrams Joins UCCPlus Division of Fidelity National Financial
|
Randall C. Abrams has joined Fidelity National Financial's
UCC Insurance Division's New York office. Randy was most
recently Vice President of CIT Group's Commercial Services and
Business Credit divisions in New York. Randy will be
responsible for sales of Fidelity's UCCPlus Insurance
Program for the commercial loan markets.
Randy's significant commercial banking experience includes financing assignments as
Vice President of Transamerica Business Credit, Vice President
of GE Capital's Commercial Finance and Vendor Finance groups;
and senior credit positions with Sanwa Business Credit,
Citicorp Industrial Credit and Continental Illinois Bank & Trust.
Randy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and holds
a Masters of Business Degree from the University of Pennsylvania
Wharton School.
Randy has broad experience in commercial loan negotiation, origination,
structuring, documentation and funding. His expertise includes
acquisitions, restructuring and recapitalizations; and in the
asset based lending, securitizations, investment banking,
syndications, equipment leasing and factoring markets. Located in
