ENDORSEMENTS ISSUED WITH ORIGINAL UCCPLUS POLICY
Mezzanine Financing Endorsement / Pledged Equity Endorsement
Issued in conjunction with a UCCPlus Lender’s Policy whenever equity interests in a corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership are pledged as collateral for a loan or guaranty. The endorsement eliminates certain exclusions in the policy for an interest of a prior owner of the equity interest being pledged or a lien created by a prior owner of the equity interest being pledged. Availability varies by jurisdiction.
