LEADERSHIP

Andrew serves as senior underwriting counsel and as a primary underwriter for UCCPlus. He has significant experience underwriting UCCPlus Lender’s Policies covering every type of insurable personal property. Andrew has specific experience and expertise underwriting complex energy transactions and multiple tranche mezzanine loans. He also has a particular focus on multiple issue UCCPlus Owner’s Policies with vertical structures (sales of limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations and their subsidiaries).

Andrew received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 1999 and his Master of Business Administration from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2000. Andrew practiced law as a corporate transactional attorney at law firms and corporations, including Holland & Knight LLP and Science Applications International Corporation, before joining UCCPlus in 2007. While in these positions, Andrew gained extensive corporate expertise by forming and advising companies and by structuring and closing corporate and financing transactions.
