Lender’s Policy & New York Co-op Lender’s Policy

Please provide a draft of the pledge agreement/security agreement which specifically describes the collateral that will secure the loan, and provide us with the contact information for the lender’s and borrower’s counsel.

Owner's Policy

Please provide a draft of the purchase and sale agreement that describes the equity interest/interests being sold. Also provide us with the contact information for the buyer’s and seller’s counsel.

UCCPlus utilizes the country’s leading search and filing companies. All searches or document retrievals necessary for the underwriting of a current UCCPlus Policy not provided by counsel in accordance with our underwriting policies will be ordered from one of our approved companies.

UCCPlus is not able to place an order for searches, file documents or retrieve documents without a current order of a UCCPlus Policy.

RATE INFORMATION

UCCPlus utilizes national rates. The standard rate premiums are the same for all jurisdictions. For base premium and applicable endorsement rates and quotes, please contact us.
