Joining the UCCPlus team in 2021, Darlene conducts risk management analyses to help UCCPlus clients minimize their exposure to liabilities. She reviews due diligence items for the issuance of UCCPlus policies and utilizes underwriting standards and guidelines to evaluate, classify, and rate collateral for insurance. She also reviews UCC filings to ensure accuracy and compliance for clients.

Darlene has 8 years of legal industry experience. Prior to joining the UCCPlus team, she served as the senior paralegal office manager at a law firm. In that role, she drafted and reviewed business contracts as well as real estate and commercial transaction documents.

Darlene has an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and a bachelor’s degree in business. She is a Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX) and Phi Theta Kappa alumna.
