LEADERSHIP

Paula is responsible for analyzing commercial transaction documents and performing comprehensive due diligence to facilitate policy underwriting for UCCPlus clients. She has extensive experience with an array of corporate transaction structures.

Before joining UCCPlus, Paula served as a paralegal in law firms and an in-house legal department, drafting formation and maintenance documents and assisting with corporate financing, merger and acquisition transactions. She also oversaw the filing of annual registrations for franchisors and drafting of disclosure documents, and managed a corporate maintenance calendar for more than 200 entities.

Paula earned a bachelor’s degree from Hope College. Alongside her work in facilitating corporate transactions, she founded and serves as artistic director of a contemporary dance company.
