Sam has experience in both residential and commercial real estate, providing a broad foundation in property transactions and related matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State in 2024 and holds an undergraduate degree in sport management from the University of Michigan.

Sam's legal and real estate experience has equipped him with practical knowledge across a range of transactions, allowing him to navigate both business and legal aspects of property dealings. His background combines legal training with industry exposure, excellently positioning him to support clients in both real estate matters and now UCC matters with a well-rounded and detail-oriented approach.
